Medium golden-yellow, silver shimmers, slight copper touch, delicate mousse with a fine bead. Delicately scented nuances of strawberry jam, orange zest, a hint of pear, at first rather restrained, with air contact gradually more floral, but also with a fine hazelnut touch. Louis Roederer Cristal Rose 1995 is complex, juicy, elegantly expressive paired with vibrant acidity, a hint of coffee, an orange touch, delicate biscuity notes, very harmonious. A distinctly delicate wine that has reached its first peak in its evolution.

Magnum. Just 20,000 bottles made. Very pale, rose-tinged gold. Edge of green metal. Great spread of flavour on the palate. V flattering. Full and rich. Very very long. Can enjoy now. Great power with hint of rose-petal fragrance. Definitely Pinot Noir.
