Eccentric aromas of green apples, quince, chalk, straw and lemon paste with brioche depth and a Manzanilla undertone of almonds and walnuts. Medium-bodied. Smooth on the attack with fine bubbles, oxidative character and lifted acidity, especially in the finish. Toasty length. Unique.
