The 2001 Pavillon Rouge is close in style to the first wine, made all the more so by a strict selection, thanks to the availability of a third wine. The same aromatic freshness can be found; it is a little less complex but the same fine, tight, tannic texture is there; though it is a little less rich and less powerful. This is a fine vintage of Pavillon Rouge
