Medium to deep, dark ruby-red. The aromas are concentrated, rounded perhaps a touch confected, but with balsamic notes. Flavours & aromas of red cherry have a glycerol nature. The acidity is gentle & tannins a touch drying and chocolatey. like cocoa powder. Balsamic notes on the palate open, giving hints of soy & mushroom. The finish is structured with some alcoholic warmth.
