Quite dark in colour with legs appearing on the glass. Raspberries and forest floor on the nose. Lovely svelte tannins, remains quite fresh with a fine backbone of acidity with wild raspberries and medicinal notes on the mid-palate. This is probably on the cusp of entering its senior years as the fruit is fading but is still drinking very well and came over as quite regal.
